Please see attached article on the Co-operative Trust featuring in the latest edition of SCHOOL LEADERSIP TODAY.

The Trust is now a year old and on Friday we will be looking at some of the cooperative values as a whole school. This will be run simultaneously with other schools across the LTE.

Year 3 Forces Topic

Have a look in the year 3 area of the website for pictures of the children planning this term's science topic.
The pupils decided that the in the  first lesson they will investigate which forces are used when we run, hop or skip.

September/October Term Extended School Clubs

Extended School clubs going ahead next term:

Gymnastics (yrs 1-3- Wednesdays)
Tennis (yrs 1-3 -Thursdays)
Arts & Crafts (KS2-Thursdays)
Football (yrs 1-3 - Fridays)

Places are still available in all clubs.

Clubs start the first Wednesday we are back at school, so there is still plenty of time to send in your booking forms for any of the above clubs.

Team Photographs

As you are aware, we have decided to make team photographs available via download this year. This is in order to provide a more cost effective means of accessing the pictures during the year in which we also have a 50th anniversary picture available for purchase.

The photographs will be taken off line next Thursday (24th July) as they are high resolution.

A sneak preview!

We were fortunate enough to have a preview of Y6's performance of 'The Tempest'. If you haven't got a ticket then I strongly recommend that you come and join us on either Wednesday evening or Thursday evening. Year 6 have certainly put heart and soul into this performance!
