Lego Club

Lego Club is back! The children have been busy constructing and creating.

This week we have been thinking about the World Cup. Some children made flags whilst others built stadiums.

LEGO Club

LEGO Club began again last week. Both KS1 & KS2 are involved. KS2 have planned a programme covering the next few weeks. The first week we thought about 'Inventions'.
This evening KS1 LEGO Club concentrated on making a small town community. Each of the 5 groups thought about a different aspect of what makes a small community. One group built a house, another built vehicles. Other groups considered a castle and shops. Finally, the last group decided that it was a seaside town and so made a harbour.

Brilliant ideas.
How will KS2 get on tomorrow when they think about Flags. Watch this space....

KS1 Lego Club

Our new Lego club began yesterday. Mrs. Russell introduced the children to the club and talked about how we hope it will run. The children discussed possible themes for building Lego models and also the Golden Rules within the club.

The children have made models which you can see below.

I wonder how well KS2 will do tonight!
