Year 3 Maths Morning

 I would like to say thank you to all of the parents and grandparents who came to the Y3 Maths Workshop. The children really enjoyed  demonstrating their numeracy skills to you.
 I hope you had as much fun as we did!

Year 5 Grid Multiplication

Access to a demonstration of grid method multiplication, by Year 5 pupils,  is now in the children's work area (Year 5 Useful Links) of the website.

Numeracy lunch

What could be better than having a great lunch with a tablecloth, cutlery, glasses and serviettes, and learning some numeracy facts at that same time? As you can see from the photos, we all had a great time.

This week Ladybirds have been doing lots of work with numbers; counting, ordering numbers and creating our own number lines.

We were also treated to an impromptu performance from Mollie after she received her Twinkle Variations certificate in violin. Well done Mollie, Ladybirds are very proud of you!

Class 1's Maths Inspire Workshop

On Tuesday 1st May it was Class 1's turn for their Maths Workshop.  I would like to take this time to thank all of the parents, grandparents and siblings that came to take part in this with the children.  It was a very positive and enjoyable experience for the children as they were very excited to have you in school completing the activities with them.  Below are a few photographs taken from the workshop:
