Class 1's Maths Inspire Workshop

On Tuesday 1st May it was Class 1's turn for their Maths Workshop.  I would like to take this time to thank all of the parents, grandparents and siblings that came to take part in this with the children.  It was a very positive and enjoyable experience for the children as they were very excited to have you in school completing the activities with them.  Below are a few photographs taken from the workshop:

ICT Club learn to blog!

In ICT Club this half term, we have been learning about blogging. So far we have learned how to write a quality post, how to write a quality comment, and how to be safe online when blogging.

Yesterday we were "let loose" on our very own ICT Club Blog. Please take a few minutes to read some of our blog posts and leave a comment - we'd love to get some responses to our writing!

You can access our blog by clicking on the big picture above, or by clicking here.

Latest Poll Results: Favourite Book Genres

Another poll has ended today, and by the looks we got some very varied results. The question was "What are you favourite types of books?" From the graph we can see that fantasy and comedy are the strongest genres, followed up by horror.

Why not have a go at our new poll on the right - now that the weather is getting warmer (or should be!), we want to know what your favourite summer activity is!

Moor Hall Mix - Watch it Now!

Remember recently we posted about a new show that we were creating in ICT Club called Moor Hall Mix?

Well we managed to get all of our recording done last term, and the show is now complete and ready to watch. Have a look:
