Booking window now open

A reminder to parents that the Moorhens advance booking window is now open for summer term 1 bookings. The window will remain open until it closes on Wednesday 10th April at 6:00 pm

KS1 Dinosaur Display

KS1 children learnt a little more about dinosaurs by making a lovely display for the club room

Spring term 2 Dinosaurs

The theme was dinosaurs and this is one of the lovely displays the children have done so far this term

Moorhens - Spring Term 2 Bunting

 

Children have been helping to make some spring bunting to hang up within the Moorhens club room. They added daffodils and blossom to make it look effective.

Moorhens Inventors

Two year 4  children invented a new game for the snooker table. Working together, they came up with a game which they called tomatoes. Children have tried the game and enjoyed it very much. 

Both children received certificates for their achievement.

Celebrating the Chinese New Year at Moorhens

The children at Moorhens completed some lovely art to celebrate the Chinese new year.

Parents reminder: The advance booking window will be closing at 6:00 pm on Wednesday 13th February. Spring term 2 bookings at the advanced price of £5.00, need to be made before that date. After the window closes, all sessions will be at the ad hoc price of £6.00.

Word search marvel

A child from year 5 enjoys doing word searches in her spare time and so decided to design a word search for the children of Moorhens. she received a certificate of achievement for her well earned effort.
