This morning the children in class 3 visited Wall Roman site. We saw the remains of a mansion and a bath house as well as having the opportunity to hold some real Roman pieces of pottery.The volunteers from Nation Heritage showed us around. They were very impressed by the behaviour and knowledge of the children.

I'm very pleased to hear that you all enjoyed it. It's an amazing place... underfloor heating included. It's not far from where the Saxon Hoard was found either!
